We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Note: There are no returns on digital products or gift cards.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you as a customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. A refund may be rejected if:

- It is received after more than 15 days after your item was delivered

- Goods are used or damaged

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected


Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@shopnazani.com.
